Access to Class Lecture Materials, Prior to Class Preferred
Provide access to all course materials provided to the class during the class session. This includes overheads, slide deck presentation, and notes completed by a professor before the lecture. Providing class recordings does not substitute or replace access to lecture materials. Instructors are not required to create or provide access to personal lecture notes.
- Access to course lecture materials can be shared via:
- learning management system
- hard copy, and/or
- review during office hours.
Access to course materials is not intended to replace active student note-taking.
Contact the DRO if you have any concerns or questions in the provision of course materials to supplement notetaking.
When appropriate, the instructor may require the student to sign the DRO Agreement for Receiving Course Lecture Materials.
